At Skore Condoms, we prioritize your hygiene and safety; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that for sanitary reasons, certain intimate items remain final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Skore account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
